This 4 prompt Fast Load Autolisp
(FAS) application, lets you build a complete 3D helical ramp, including sidewalls, landing bridge and center
shaft. Just specify: Height per revolution, Landing height, inner radius and ramp width. You'll watch the ramp being built in seconds performing the
following tasks: ramp, exterior sidewall, interior sidewall and landing bridge as separate solid elements. You can erase the ones you don't need. A
center shaft can also be constructed by typing "shaft" at the command prompt.
After the ramp has been modeled, you'll see very helpful information for the design stages, such as ramp slope, length per revolution, total ramp
length and xy plane landing position. According to these data you can try different slope alternatives by changing inner radius and/or height per
revolution inputs. You can also get the volume of each element by means of the "Massprop" AutoCAD
command. Should you need a cross-section,
just join together all elements with the “Union” command, draw a rectangle on the Front UCS and then use the "Slice" AutoCAD

How to Install
- Copy the 3D Helical Ramp.fas file to your AutoCAD Support directory.
- Go to Tools - Load Application and select 3D Helical Ramp.fas.
