A: Please check the requirements for Maxwell Render Suite 2.7 (Educational Upgrade from 1.x) to see what educational proof is required before placing your order.

A: Some products require both a copy of your student ID card and your course schedule, and some only require one or the other. The educational requirements vary by each manufacturer. We will not process orders until we have received the necessary proof, but we will hold your order for you until the proof requirements are met. Please keep in mind that educational orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

A: Place your order through our website to get your order number.
You will receive an email requesting the educational proof requirements for the software you ordered. Reply to this email including your order number and attaching your proof in digital form. A: You order will not be processed until all proof that is required is received. Many products will ship the same day once we've received the proof, or soon after due to manufacturer's differing processing times.
