Nemetschek Nemetschek IFC Viewer for viewing IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) building models. The Nemetschek IFC Viewer reportedly enables project members to verify and coordinate planning data in a simple manner. The advantage to users is that no special software is required because the viewer runs as a stand-alone solution.
In addition to displaying 2D floor plans and 3D model data, the viewer provides information about component properties and reveals the topological structure of a building. The company reports that users can perform analyses and generate schedules for doors, windows and rooms. Furthermore, building models can be exported from the IFC Viewer to Google Earth, to visualize how they would fit into their intended environment. The Nemetschek IFC Viewer is designed to include all members on a project in simple building coordination processes.
