VRMesh Reverse

VRMesh Reverse provides a complete reverse engineering workflow for users to wrap point cloud data into an accurate meshed model. The high-end solution makes the reverse engineering task easier and more productive. Main features include Point Cloud Processing, Global Registration, Point Cloud to Mesh, Mesh Repair and Editing, and Inspection and Measurement.

Registration and Point Clouds to Mesh

After registering, if necessary, convert point clouds into a meshed model. The program will automatically delete redundant overlapping points.

Unify Normals and Fill Small Holes

Fill holes and stitch gaps. Unify normals, the program will delete ill-connected triangles on the meshes.

Remove Useless Parts

Mark useless parts, and split the marked region. Extract floating parts.

Sharp Smoothing

Remove noises with the preservation of important surface features like sharp edges and corners, as well as sharpening of non-linear geometric features.

Cover Big Holes

Fill by curvature and fillet by skin.

Smoothing, Decimation, Subdivision

Smooth and decimate meshes with preserving marked regions. Subdivide marked edges and sharpen non-linear features.

Output Curves

Create multiple cross sections automatically. Export curves in DXF format for downstream processes.
