BobCAD-CAM V21 offers you the ability to import Solid
or Surface type files for toolpath and G-Code generation. Special toolpath
capabilities allow you to disconnect surface from a solid model for machining
or you can use definition boundary machining to create your NC Program. Full
RS232 communications and DNC capabilities coupled with available or customizable
post processors give the operator full control of the entire manufacturing process.
BobCAD-CAM V21 incorporates Wire Frame, Surfaces and Solids into one
single database with the primary goal of providing you the ability to create
clean toolpaths and accurate g-code programs for imported surface or solids
type files.
BobCAD-CAM V21 supports DXF, IGES, STEP, SolidWorks and Unigraphic files for the importing of surfaces
or solid models for machining. CAM functionalities include customizable tool
libraries, canned cycles as well as customizable drilling cycles through using
simple visual basic scripting technology.
