Point Cloud for Rhino

It does the job very well. I had a text file with over ten thousand sets of x,y,z and it imported the model in the blink of an eye. A great way to get Mathcad models into Rhino.

Floating Point Solutions says Rhino doesn't have the ability to create a mesh from a point cloud - not true. The Rhino command is called MeshFromPoints. It actually works better than the FPS program which doesn't give you any options.
In my case, Novedge policy doesn't allow returns on this product because it's an electronically delivered software. Also, the Floating Point Solutions 'mesh to solid' program is built into Rhino: MeshtoNurb. The result can be saved as a STEP file, just as good as the 'solid' created by FPS.
