This release packs a powerful new set of features and optimizations focused on speeding up lighting, look development and rendering workflows. Join Chaos Group’s V-Ray Master Trainer Simeon Balabanov for a demonstration of what makes V-Ray 3.0 for Maya ready for battle. Through production-quality scenes he will present V-Ray 3.0 for Maya’s Faster Ray Tracing and Rendering Performance, the powerful new Progressive Image Sampler, the dramatically faster hair rendering, improved Ray-Traced Subsurface Scattering (SSS) and the new VRaySkinMtl Shader, the new Phoenix FD Shaders with support for OpenVDB and Field3D.
